I really cant understand that why the serial number on the camera body and the box is differ however the exif information generated from the Canon Digital Photo Professional showing the same serial number as mentioned on the box
I am trying to tether a 5D Mark III to a Mac.
When I go to Application>Utilities>System Information>UBS I can see the camera. But when I try to use the CameraWindow app I get an error message "No camera was found". Any suggestions on what I might be doing wrong?thanks
