Ivan4,
You are going to have to supply some more detail. What do you mean it won't shoot?
If the picture you supplied is somehow related to your problem, I can tell you right off the bat that you are using a manual lens, or at least one that is not communicating electronically with your camera.
The aperture is reading f/00, which means that the lens is not talking to your camera.
Also, it's reading MF, so it's not autofocusing.
The ISO is 25600, which means it's in an extended area.
If you are in One Shot, your camera will not take a picture if it is not in focus, and your picture looks pretty out of focus.
What lens are you using?

I’m using the ef 70-200 mm with an adapter but I think the camera isn’t responding to the adapter. I got a pholsy adapter and not a canon one, could that be an issue?

I would suggest using canon’s original RF to EF adapter. I own the Canon EF F4 70-200mm lens as well as the R6 Mark II and both work perfectly in AF mode as well as if l need to, MF.
Steve Thomas is correct as per the meaning of f/OO, so the issue is most likely your third party EF adapter in MF mode.

You may also look for the menu setting that allows/enabkes shooting without a lens. I have had success using MF only lens using this setting.

Ivan,
I think it could possibly be.
See if you could go to a camera store, or a friend and ask to borrow an RF lens for a couple of minutes and just see if your camera will take a picture. Then you'll know.
In the meantime, you'll have to manually focus your lens.
Infinityone's suggestion about going into your settings and enabling the setting for taking a picture without a lens is a good one.
