See the section in the online manual on enabling release shutter w/o lens: C Fn 4. Enabling this should do the trick.Custom function menu

I agree with the previous comments, that’s the IBIS . I own the same camera and it’s not an issue especially once the camera is powered on with a lens. I believe the user manual also mentions this.
