Hi, I now have the RP. I am coming from the M series.
I am used to the focus magnify feature and manual focus on the M series.
For some reason, before after factory defaulting settings, I cannot get the magnify area to move around the frame. The manual says I can use the control wheels or the D-pad (which I prefer) but nothing works.
Also, while inside the magnified preview, I no longer have focus peaking! Am I able to use peaking while magnified on the RP? It would be a huge help for focusing on stars, manually...
I answered one question, there is no peaking while magnified on the RP, R8 or even the R6.
Thanks,
Tim

Tim,
"I answered one question, there is no peaking while magnified on the RP, R8 or even the R6"
There might not be. I have a T8i, and I think it's the same way. There's no peaking in magnify.
