It got set up while at the store so it turned on earlier today, but it won’t turn on now. I’ve tried the battery that came with it and a new battery. Thank you!

Was the camera factory-fresh, brand new? Or, was it an [open box] item? Turning on a camera at the store sounds a little unusual, to me.
Two things. But first remove any memory card(s), lens, or mount adapters.
One, make sure your battery is fully charged. The initial first charge may take more than a couple of hours to complete. New batteries are not fully charged.
Two, make sure the doors to both the battery compartment and card slot are fully closed. There are micro-sensors on them that make sure the doors are closed, which can prevent the camera from powering up.

Why not return to the store? If it’s a camera problem have it replaced. If it’s a new user issue the store can help you.
