Hi all,
I didn't saw a similar topic...
I have a yongnuo ef 85mm and I doesn't work with the adapter in the M200 , it's always saying that I have to unlock the lens to enable shooting like it says on the 15 to 45 mm kit lens and I can't take pictures.
is there any way to deactivate this function ? I hope to see this fixed on a update

What mount adapter are you using? Who made the mount adapter.
BTW, it is not Canon's responsibility to make sure 3rd party gears works with Canon cameras. So, there will be no firmware update to make your Yongnuo lens work properly.
Yongnuo needs to update the firmware in their lens. Given the cost of the lens a firmware update is something which I doubt will ever happen. Let'S hope I am wrong, though. I advise you get rid of the Yongnuo lens. It has poor IQ, anyway.

I second this. Use the lenses designed for your M200.
