My EOS M6 Mark II had an unfortunate encounter with my dog and my poor camera now needs some service.
However, I keep running in circles trying to find the form to request service for my camera; or if Canon is even accepting repair requests during COVID-19.
I registered my product, and find my way to this page: https://mycanon.usa.canon.com/products/service and click on "Request Service" next to my camera. It brings me to https://mycanon.usa.canon.com/products/support which has no form or information on requesting service other than a phone number and a email address that doesn't work.
Is there a hidden portal somewhere or what am I missing here?
