How is the overall ISO or High ISO performance on the R5 Mark II? Is it as bad as some have said or it is still pretty manageable? EOS R5 Mark II

Thanks to kvbarkley for posting that reference thread. I hope you noticed my reply and that the OP never answered my question "what ISO's are you using?". I asked this twice, amongst other pertinent questions and requests for information, with no reply.
Once again, that depends on how high your ISO is. As mentioned in the referenced post, I shoot between 1,000 and 10,000 with the R5 II, the later being on rare occasions. With these ISO's, I just don't see any noise, particularly when compared to the R5 which I shot with for three years. Above 6,000 I start to see some, but that was true with the R5 and is easily removed with no loss in IQ. The R6 II (which I have) does much better, but that is to be expected with it's larger photo sites. If you consistently shoot above my referenced ISO's, you probably should be looking at the R6 II.
The bottom line is, as I mentioned in the referenced post, there are some tradeoffs when using the backlit stacked sensor, particularly on the 45mp R5 II. At the ISO's I referenced, I just don't have any issues with noise.
[EDIT] Image removed. It's not relevant to the OP's question 🙂
