You can't. However, if shooting JPeG or HEIF you can crop and save. This feature, in the R6 mark II, does not work with Raw. See page 674 of the Advanced User Manual. If you have Raw, you can convert to JPeG or HEIF (depending on the Raw mode you have set) and crop that image, see page 637 for "RAW processing".

It is not clear if you are referring to zooming in on the image before you take the shot, or if you are zooming in on an image during Playback.
Scenario 1: Zooming in before the shot. No interchangeable lens camera body has electronic zoom. Zooming in or magnifying the image before you take a shot is often used for focusing. Images are always captured at “full size”, which is determined by the focal length of the lens you are using.
Scenario 2: Zooming in on the image during Playback. You can convert RAW images to JPG in the camera. The conversion process saves the output image using a new file name/number. One of the options available to you is cropping the image. Cropping does not enlarge the image.
Cropping cuts away portions of the image leaving a final result that is just a small piece of the original image. This means what may start out as an image with 6000 x 4000 resolution could end up being an image with 600 x 400 resolution after cropping. This end result will most likely look soft and not as sharp as the original.
