Hello, with the new Canon eos R5 II I am having trouble importing images and video to iPhone/Ipad. was wondering if anyone knew of a reason, work around, or had similar issues. Ive been told it could be a new product not being compatible yet with apple, im curious if that's usually a thing with new products?
Images are being imported into my phone via sd card reader completely greyed out when they are in raw or craw. jpeg seems to be working
Videos I can't not find on my sd card reader at all unless I load them onto a computer and look into the SD. Of course I can go about it this way but my R6 and R5 don't have this issue, I can look on a SD carder reader through my phone on the go. I
ve played with all the rec format options but they are not the same as the original R5 and im wondering if that's what's throwing it off. Options now on the R5ii are Raw, and a few varieties of XF-Hevs S YCC422 10bit, XF-AVC S YCC420 8 bit.
Previously this was raw or ALL-I or IPB
thanks for any insight

It is possible that iOS doesn’t yet support EOS R5 Mark II raw files. That would account for the stills.
Depending on which file type you created when recording a movie it is possible that they are also not yet supported on iOS.
