EOS 5D Mark IV Spanish Not a Menu Option

Hi, I bought my camera used, and I would like to set up it in Spanish, but, the camera has only English and Japanese as option, can somebody help me please? ThanksCanon.jpg

It appears this may be an model meant for Japan. Where did you purchase the camera from? I don't think there would be any way to get other language packs onto it.  At least no process that one could perform as a user.

Hi, I bought the camera used online, I don't know where the camera coming from. 😞

eBay perhaps? If you need other language packs, return the camera and purchase a US version of the camera instead.  You can check out Canon USA's refurbished store, B&H Photos's used department and KEH to name a few places with used gear.

You have a camera that was intended for the Japanese domestic market (JDM).
