I just picked up a used canon 80d from online camera place. before i purchase a screen protector does mine already have one on it? I think it does, but I'm not 100 percent sure. Thanks.

I'll keep that in mind for future references.

Also, i couldn't find much information on this battery. Is it any good? This is what came with my camera along with a canon charger.

That's not a Canon battery (it's third-party). Your milage will vary. I do recommend though using original Canon batteries.

Yeah i figured it was off brand battery, i was hoping it was a good one! Haha. I know real canon batteries have canon written on them.

This was new territory for me. (1) It never would have occurred to me to put a screen protector on. (2) I would think that if one was on, a person would be able to see it readily. I always have the screen out and have never had any damage. I learned something today.

I wasn't the one who put it on, and I've only ever had a screen protector on my labtop. You cant even see it on my labtop nor tell its there because the the screen protector fits flush with the labtops round edges. I can only tell because it has a small bubble on the bottom of my screen.

I have a screen protector in my iPhone--because a gentle breeze can shatter an iPhone screen--but I've never done a screen protector for any other device. I wasn't even aware they existed for cameras. This has been a most informative post.
