Bracketing on Rebel T6???

Hihi! I got an online photography via groupon, and during the first lesson the man mentioned bracketing.

It sounds like a great feature but I didn't know if it was possible on my camera or if it was only for other (perhaps more professional) models.

Yup, it does exposure bracketing. It will shoot three shots at different exposure levels. It might have white balance bracketing, too.

You wouldn't happen to know how to do that would you?

Er... If it's for a class exercise, perhaps you should look it up in the instruction manual.

It is a setting in the menus.  You can find the Rebel T6 support page at the following link.

https://www.usa.canon.com/internet/portal/us/home/support/

Once you find the page, you can download instruction manuals and the camera's software.  The manual will explain what AEB is, how it is implemented in the T6, and how to use the feature.

Page 118 of your manual will tell you how to do this.  My guess is you must be an engineer. I heard engineer never reads the manual 🙂
