I always worked with Nikon with no problem. Then I decided to give Canon a try and bought recently a Canon 6D Mark II. Honestly, I'm SO disappointed. The camera doesn't focus well at all, I'm working with a Canon 50mm 1.8 lens and I simply loose lots of photos which never happened to me with Nikon. I already did tests with a ruler, tried micro-adjustments, borrow other lenses from colleagues and it doesn't get better. So frustrating to have to send a brand new camera to repair, specially because I'm at high season in my area. It's gonna be such a loss. I really regret trying Canon!

Greetings,
This is a 6 year old thread. If you are having issues with your camera and would like assistance, please start a new thread. With that said, I've owned a 6D2 since its release 6 yrs ago. Its a great camera and very capable. Brand new cameras don't usually get sent in for repair. They get replaced by the retailer. On the off chance you got a lemon, work with the retailer to get it exchanged. My experience with the 6D2 has been quite the opposite. See below.
