EF-S lenses on R10 with adaptor: Does cropping occur?

Hi....I've thoroughly confused myself, which is quite common. Looking at an R10, it is APS-C. EF-S lenses were made for APS-C as well. Would this camera crop those lenses too? Or would that be just be the full frame R series bodies that would crop to...

Sigma 24-70 f/2.8 DG lens giving Err 01 on Canon R5

Hello! I just picked up a used Sigma 24-70 f/2.8 DG OS lens (the newest 24-70 version, 2019 I think?) and it works just fine on manual focus, but the AF is not working. It was giving me an Err 01 code, and so I researched and found that the most comm...

EF-S 17-55mm f/2.8 does not zoom out with zoom ring

Customizable Image Stabilization for RF Lenses

I own a C80 which I love, but I do not like the RF lens stabilization for video.  Plain and simple: RF lens stabilization is too jerky.  This applies to all of the RF lenses I've used so far which include the 24-70mm f/2.8 L IS, 70-200mm f/2.8 L IS, ...

AF noise with the 24-70 EF

I have a 24-70 f/2.8 EF lens on my C70 Cinema camera using a Canon EOS EF - RF adapter. The autofocus causes substantial noise. But when I put the lens and adapter on my R10, there’s no noise at all. The research I’ve done thus far suggests the adapt...
