Do you receive the failed alignment error when trying to perform an automatic print head alignment or a manual print head alignment?

When you see the error screen, what is the exact error code that appears and what does the message say on the screen of your printer? If you press the OK button, does this dismiss the error and return you to the HOME screen? If not, try pressing and holding the STOP button for 5 seconds.
