what should I do next ... can't by pass error screen ...please help ... pattern printed ,everything looks good but printer keep saying head allignment failed ..

Do you receive the failed alignment error when trying to perform an automatic print head alignment or a manual print head alignment?

hi , it's automatic alligment and erorr is something like E 000

Hi kalaja,
When you see the error screen, what is the exact error code that appears and what does the message say on the screen of your printer? If you press the OK button, does this dismiss the error and return you to the HOME screen? If not, try pressing and holding the STOP button for 5 seconds.
Once you reach the HOME screen, follow the steps in this article from our Knowledge Base to perform a manual alignment.
