Hi! Just bought a PIXMA iP8720 and two of the ink cartridges that came with the printer have trouble lighting up when I click them in. One lights up after some gentle additional pressing. One doesn't light up at all.
Will that affect the printing? Or can I ignore the non lighting up part?
How can I GET them all to light up?
Thanks,

Greetings,
The LED should be lit when a cartridge is installed.
Please refer to the follwong KB article.
https://support.usa.canon.com/kb/index?page=content&id=ART114510
Cartridges should not be removed once installed (until empty).
No LED - The printer may not work correctly, the LED indicates the cartridge is installed and properly detected.
