My toner cartridge is the original one that came with the printer. The error light is flashing, control panel always lit, and details show there is 20% toner left. It allows printing, but won't print fax results anymore.
Silly to require a new cartridge when there is 20% left.
Tried to turn off toner status notification, but still shows, and can't adjust percentage to lower than 20%
Holding down Stop doesnt do anything either.
Please help
