mx490 will not load driver with windows 10 s

got a new laptop and windows 10 s will not let the driver load. but it tells me that there is no driver. what do i do now.

Windows 10S is a special locked down version of Windows that restricts adding applications unless they come from the Microsoft store. 

Depending on why you have W10S (like maybe a school computer that you are given but don't own) it can be upgraded to Windows 10 Pro. I think the cost is $50.
