Hello. I am very new to the community


I have been trying for over 4 hours to get someone to assist me. I registered, I have called and no one to assist. 
The support asked for your telephone number and then it tells me that my number doesn’t exist. 
mom trying to print some important information off. 
I am using a Pixma MG 3520. Can anyone help le please? Now it won’t let me download the app again.

If you describe your actual problem or error message you are receiving someone here might be able to assist.

Be as specific as possible - operating system and version, software you are trying to print from, did the problem just start, any changes to computer between when it worked and didn't etc.

Not being able to download a file is not something Canon controls.
