Half the time, our new IR1015if prints received faxes on legal paper even though the sent form was letter-sized.
It replaced a laserclass 9000 which was able to print on correct sized paper every time.
Maybe the distorted senders are set for one-size-only = Letter, but present the document as being more than 8.5 inches due to poor document feed speed.
