My TS6200 printer stopped printing, scanning all of a sudden. I have rebooted; then followed instructions in the Canon manual but when I tried to download a IJ utility, I received the message:
can't create output file. \win-ts6200 1_2-n_mcd/msetup4.exe
I've searched this community but don't find the same message. Can someone help?

The TS6200 series has a few models in it. Will you please check the top and front of your unit for the specific model? That will help the community help you better!

The model is TS6220.
An update: The printer is printing when using my iPhone.
