LBP633Cdw output tray ergonomics difficulties

HarryC

Just received my LBP633Cdw color laser printer.

I may be clumsy but I haven't found an easy way to remove the printed page(s) from the exit tray without scrunching it up! Anyone know a useful address to send this 'observation'? TIA

"Dear Canon Customer Support",

I am writing to share some feedback regarding the design of the output tray on the **Canon LBP633Cdw** printer.

While I appreciate the printer’s performance and features, I’ve found the output tray to be poorly designed for user access. After printing, the top sheet sits flush and recessed within the tray, offering **no overhang or grip area**, making it very difficult to remove the first page—especially when only one or a few pages are printed.

This design flaw leads to frustration and inefficiency, as users must awkwardly pinch or pry the paper from the edges, risking  wrinkles or accidental paper jams. A small lip, extended edge, or anti-slip tab would greatly improve usability.

I kindly ask that Canon consider this feedback for future product designs. Small ergonomic improvements like this can make a significant difference in daily user experience.

Thank you for your attention to this matter. I hope Canon continues to prioritize user-centered design in its products.
