iPhone paper format limited to 4x6 when printing to Pixma G650 / G620

Hi,

When trying to print from my iPhone (iOS 17.1.1) to Canon Pixma G650 / G620 (latest firmware) the only paper size available is 4x6, whether from Photos, websites or documents. 4x6 was the first size I set and printed on, and now there is no changing it. I have tried changing the feed settings in all manners possible. As it is, the printer is useless. What can I do, besides throwing it in the bin and buying an Epson?

Try unplugging the printer from the power source and cycling the power ON button a few times.

This worked for me: Unplugging, resetting and setting paper source and type to ”Others”.
