For some reason, when I us the Canon PRINT app to print with my Pixima G7020, it now tells me that it "cannot print the specified pdf file the format is not supported", even though I have printed PDF files in the past.

Also, the printer keeps being unlisted/grayed out (see attached pics), forcing me to go back in and reconnect it.

Once logged in, click on your PIXMA G7020 and then click on the Product Support button to access your available support options.

What operating system are you using? If it is windows, use a different app to see if it prints from there. This is one if you don't already have it
