How do I get my PIXMA MG5320 Printer out of error status mode? I can make copies and scan

MG2400 is not printing.

My Cannon MG2400 is properly connected to my PC. The printing operations start but the page comes out blank or usually with a light spot, My cartridges are three quarters fulll.

MX 922 printer will not copy

I have an MX 922 printer, and when I hit the copy button, it beeps, but does not copy.  Can anyone help please?  

Why are magenta and cyan are used to print in grey scale?

Why are the magenta and cyan cartridges used to print in grey scale? My Pixma 870 is drinking magenta and cyan cartridges even though I only print in grey scale. Thanks!Laura
