Image Class multifuntion Printer MF4150

Copy,Scan,Fax lights all on and cannot do anything.  I can print from computer and receive faxs.  Any suggestions other then buying a new one.  Thanks Glenn

Can anybody help me. I am trying to print A4 artwork without a bleed. I have set my printer to ' No Bleed' but Istill get a bleed area all around the printed artwork! Any help please.
