why is Canon MP Navigator EX 5.1 not working anymore on my mx892.  worked fine until a few days ago? can't use the scanner any more either.  reloaded all windows 10 software and drivers, same thing.  probably a windows 10 update fiasco?  Anyone else ...

MP 280 has started printing only thumbnails. How do I fix this?

our Pixma MP280 has started pinting only thumbnails of word documents.  I tried several different ones and it makes no difference. Where is the setting for fixing this? Jim

My printer just started printing in only cyan and black. Regular documents look okay, but anything with color is only cyan coloe. Pluse it seems that the printing is LIGHTER.Thanks.

MX722 won't fax, line busy AFTER the call connects

My Canon MX722 won't send faxes. There is a dial tone when I press Hook. The call dials, I can hear the fax on the other end answer, it appears to start transmitting and then fails, saying Line Busy.
