I have an MG5400 printer. Suddenly it is skipping printing lines.

Tried cleaning nozzles, aligning print heads, etc.  No luck.  When I print after cleaning, the Pg Black prints squares, and several lines of the squares are missing, thus I believe this is where the problem lies.  Possibly that nozzle is plugged???  ...
