I have a PIXMA MG8120 Printer with the error message 6A81. I have turned off the power many times as well as unplugging the power source for a full day. There are no obstructions. What do you suggest?

Hi DocChaz1,
If unplugging your printer does not clear the error, the power outage may have damaged the circuitry. Your options at this point would be to have the printer either repaired or replaced. Please reply with your ZIP Code and date of purchase so that I can provide more detailed service options.
