I have been using Canon's included Easy-PhotoPrint Editor to print basic 4X6 prints on my TS8820 since I purchased it last year. I recently printed some pictures a couple of months ago without any problems. Today when I went to print a picture, I received an error message that said "There are no printers available".
I deleted the program from my computer and re-installed a fresh copy from Canon's website, still getting the same message.
I don't even see a setting that allows me to pick a printer from within the program.
The printer still works, I can scan, print from other programs, just not from Easy-PhotoPrint Editor.

Thanks for joining the conversation, tbirdman!
So that the Community can help you better, we need to know exactly which operating system is running on your computer (i.e. Windows or macOS, and which version thereof) and whether your printer talks to your computer via Wi-Fi or a USB cable. That, and any other details you'd like to give will help the Community better understand your issue!
If this is a time-sensitive matter, click HERE search our knowledge base or find additional support options HERE.
Thanks and have a great day!
