Printing blank pages

Can anyone help?  My printer is suddenly just printing out blank pages.  All ink fine.  Pixma MX895.  Thank you.

MX887 will not scan

My MX887 will not scan to my computer. It will not even perform the scan itself. If I add in a USB, it will scan the document, but will then say it is unable to save the document to the USB device.  All othe functions of the printer work fine.
