Hello.
Are you able to scan using our MP Navigator program on your computer? If not, what error appears when the scan fails?

As an interim solution I scanned the document to a USB drive. I then reset the printer to scan to my PC ( as it had been set before) and then it worked correctly. Not sure why it lost access to my PC but all is OK now.
