MX927 hangs

I just bought MX927 and it says "another computer is using this printer". I'm using Windows 10. I thought I will gain more productive time using this unit. I replaced my old printer (Canon too)

my mg5500 will print word documents but not my photos

can't print on 2 sides of the paper on MX922. I tried setting it on the printer screen.

Is there another place to set up 2-sided printing?  Does the paper go in the ADF or the cassette? Also, how can I stop the fax reports from printing?

As oer title Can it be done? My printer has to be at a poor angle for viewing the screen, and I am qiute elderly. To be able to view navigation screen via the computer desktop would be a great help.

MG3500 won't find the printer

I have a Canon MG3500 printer and it has the corect driver software etc, it has printed wirelessly before from my mac, but now decides it can't do this. Why would this be? It says the printer is not connected, but it is listed etc. Help!!!
