My MX880 is printing in the upper left corner.

My MX880 is printing in the upper left corner. Yes, it is set to letter size. It prints pdf's this way, not Word doc's. Please help,this really screws up my business! Thanks.

my printer repeated gives a low ink message and wont print. i put new ink in yesterday and the error came again today.  I put new ink again today and it did not clear at all.  At £20 a cartridge this is crazy. I am using canon pg 510 and 511.
