My Canon MX920 is giving me an error message that it has no paper even though it does.

My canon MX920 keeps giving me the error message that it has no paper even though the paper tray is full. I've turned it off and back on, cancelled the documents and restarted, etc. Nothing is working.

Help!  I had to uninstal and then re-instal the Canon Pixma MG 3220 printer.  Now, I cannot find the L shaped toolbar.  It doesn't exist.  Is there some way to get it installed on to my computer Windows 8.1????
