We can't get the installation to set up wireless printing. Looking at similar trouble on the forum, we have deleted all visible Canon software, and the printer from both the desktop 'Printers' folder, and from the Windows 8 'Devices' list.
Running the CD supplied with the printer proceeds for a while, and then says 'the printer is in use by other software', and we can get no further.
How do we solve this problem? Is there a 'latest' version of the installation software?
Hoping for a sensible answer very soon!
