where do i load photo paper
i have 3 and 1/2 by 5 photo paper to print on but have no idea where to place it on the printer - please help

I have a new laptop, windows 8.1. When I download driver/software for my existing pixma 250, and try to use Solution Menu to scan and save, the solution menu opens but is blank. I have downloaded several times, but can't get it to work.

MX922 Print/Cleaning
We just bought a MX922 printer and every time we go to print it sounds like it does a cleaning and we have to wait until it finishes. Is this normal?
Now to scan with MG2550 printer directly connected to my pc. Only shows Local USB. No pc under.
