My MX922 needed some cartridges changed which I did, and now it will not print. The paper goes thru

My year sold MX922 is about a year old and no trouble until today.  I needed to change some cartridges, which I did.  They are are full but when I print the paper goes thru and sounds like it is printing but comes out blank.  I cleaned the heads and printed a test.  The 8 color bars and grid at top came out perfectly.  Why can't I all of a sudden not be able to print anything from my computer?  I have a Mac 10.7.5.

To resolve this issue, it is recommended that the PIXMA MX922 is reinstalled.  Please follow the steps below to uninstall the printer driver:

 1.  Double-click the Mac HD.

 2.  Double-click the Library folder.  The default behavior of Lion is to hide your user Library folder. To get to it Option-click the Go Menu in the Finder and choose Library.

 3.  Double-click the Printers folder.

 4.  Move the Canon folder to Trash.  Note: If you have any other Canon printers installed, they will need to be reinstalled as well.

 5.  Open the hard disk icon again and double-click the Library folder.

 6.  Double-click the Receipts folder.

 7.  Move any files related to the PIXMA MX922 to the Trash.

Please use the following steps to download the software for your unit from Canon's web site:

 1.  Visit Canon's website at:    http://www.usa.canon.com/cusa/support/consumer

 2.  Type PIXMA MX922 in the "Enter Your Model Name" box and click GO.

 3.  On the Support page for your unit, click the 'Drivers & Software' link in the middle of the page.

 4.  Under Recommended For You, please click on the MX920 series Mini Master Setup.

 5.  If you agree, please select the checkbox next to "I have read and agree to the terms of the Disclaimer and wish to continue with the download".

 6.  Click on the Download button.

 7.  A File Download box should appear and the file will be saved automatically.

 8.  Once the download is complete, close all windows.

 9.  Double click [mms_-mac-mx920-1_0-mcd.dmg] to install your PIXMA MX922.

Files will extract, follow the prompts to complete installation.

 

Once reinstalled, please attempt to print.
