What is code 10,242,7?

how do i setup black only on my printer pixma mg 5420

I have a pixma 5420 and i want to use black ink only this is a 5 ink slots the large slot is one of the blacks to save ink using black only please advise. thank you Larry

My MF4360-4390 all-in-one keeps telling me to reset paper & toner settings. I verified paper settings and I've replaced the toner cartridge. Error message still stopping any operation of the unit. Now what?
