Re the above, I have tried the usual method of switching off, waiting for +/- 30 minutes and switching on again. the printer is locked up and my hair is getting thinner by the minute. Any help/suggestions will be appreciated. Peter

I have a mx922 canon pixma printer and I got a error message while replacing my ink cartridges.

The error I got will not allow me to print.  I have followed the manual to reset this error but I've had no luck.  I finally bought new Canon ink cartridges from Staples and replaced those needing replacing but still I can't print.  HELP!!
