Will a PIXMA TS3500 print 8.x10 or 8.5x11 photos?

Hey all! My printer is new to me, so I am still learning the ropes. Currently I seem unable to print 8x10 or 8.5x11 photos on photo paper with my PIXMA TS3500. I have used the Canon app on my phone and tried printing on my computer and neither will work through regular channels. My phone doesn't even have 8x10 as a option, and when I select the 8x10 option on my computer I get the message "Paper size was changed from 8x10 because of a conflict with another printer setting." Can someone please let me know if I am attempting an impossible task, or if not, explain how to fix the issue?

What do I do if my product is not in the products list when I go to add manually? I have a Pixma TS3500 series printer and it does not show up in the list.
