Ts9520 printer stopped printing


Printer was working fine. then printed but very little of the page. I did nozzle clean and nozzle check and it printed most of that. If I tried to print something from the PC or make a copy I get absolutely nothing. Tia for any help

Does your nozzle check look like the example HERE? If the grid is missing on the nozzle check, that is the reason no text is printing. 

I would recommend another deep cleaning but if that does not resolve the issue and the nozzle check does not match the example, your printer would require service. 

If the printer is in it's 1 year warranty, I recommend reaching out to Canon support for your warranty options. You will need to register your Canon gear HERE to access additional support options.
