I have a TS6420 & backgrounds have stopped printing on my Macbook Pro running Ventura OS. I have cleaned the printer heads & nozzle, changed toners, rebooted, removed & reinstalled the printer. Backgrounds still not printing. I'm at a loss. Any suggestions?

I am trying to print emails on a Macbook pro running Ventura.

Does this only happen when printing emails? Do documents or pictures outside of email print correctly?

It's just emails. If I look at the email in my browser it prints fine. I've attached the document. As you can see the blue highlights shows on the original email however when I go to print it doesn't appear. This makes the writing very light & hard to read.
