Hi jestory,
Please insert plain paper into your PIXMA TS6020 and follow these steps:
1. Please tap the gear icon at the bottom of your printers display.
2. Select Maintenance.
3. Select Print nozzle check pattern and then Yes.
A test page will print.
Did a black grid print at the top of the page to the right of |PGBK| ?
Below that, did 2 blue, 2 pink, 1 yellow and 1 gray bar print?
If not, please choose "Also B" and then Yes to perform a printhead cleaning.
