TS3520 sync to Windows 8.1

I have synced my TS3520 to my PC (windows 8.1) & it does not print. The message says printer is off line or powered off. It is clearly on.Window on printer shows WI Fi connection with 3bars of strength

Does Windows see the printer in the Devices and Printers section of Control Panel?

Yes the printer is recognized as the default printer

Hi,

Press the i button on your printer and that will print the network settings page. Check row 3-2-5 and double check that connection is active. 

Once that is done, check row 3-2-12 for the printers IP address. Then open a web browser on your computer, and in the address bar, please type the IP Address on the configuration page into the address bar. Next, tap Go or Enter to access the page. Are you able to see the printer's remote interface?
