My Pixma TR8600 prints by WiFi from my computer, but...it doesn't copy what I place in the printer's top loading tray to be scanned for copying. Ideas?

So that the Community can help you better, we need to know exactly which Canon printer model you're using within the PIXMA TR8600 series. The model number should appear on the printer's control panel at the lower right. That, and any other details you'd like to give will help the Community better understand your issue!

Model TR8620a To specify - I'm talking HAND placing item. Not autofeed.

Great. Now it won't print from my computer either. Nothing but blank papers. Frustrating.

Thanks. However, I performed maintenance (cleaning, deep cleaning and others shown on panel prompts) and voila - I'm back happily printing.
