So the printer works well - no issues at all printing any documents and all colors seem to be good - no clogging and the test print page looks good with all bars
Alignment seems fine also
Test print works well also
However, when i use the scan or copy function on the actual printer screen, all pages scan or copy totally blank
Nothing shows at all when i use the onscreen copy or scan options
When I use the canon utility for scanning, that sends a good pdf to my PC
I have tried resetting the printer and also reinstalling the drivers - no success
Printer is 6 months old purchased on Amazon
Any suggestions please?
