After updating the latest firmware, my TR820 will not print (and not recognized by my computer).  I have tried the initial steps; power down printer, reset, etc.  Please help!

Did you try downloading and reinstalling the driver?

Yes sir, deleted and reinstalled the driver.  Not able to print, copy or scan from my Mac.

Greetings,

Can you please tell us..?

What version and build of MAC OS are you using the printer with.  Has the OS been updated recently?

How is the printer connected and to what?

Firmware updates typically address security issues and vulnerabilities.  They do not remove the ability to connect or function.

Please answer the above 😉.
