I just purchased my printer yeterday and was setting it up today. I was too slow with the test paper for the print heads and now I have the above error. I've trouble shot it, didnt work and now it says i have to have it serviced. Is there anything else I can do?

Greetings,

Turn off, unplug, wait 10 sec, reconnect power and turn on.  If the problem persists, return for replacement.

Thanks for the info. Yeah, I tried doing that a few times but nothing was resolved. Looks like I’ll be bringing it back.
